In my photography, standing there with a vacant expression waiting for the shutter to click simply will not cut it. I want life. I want acting. I want my subjects to be 100% present, and in this session at New Café Madrid for the Under Pleasure event, Megan and Ross absolutely delivered.

These digital composite shots are a tribute to the intensity of the night. We pushed past the "posed" and went straight for the cinematic. It’s about that raw, electric connection that happens when the lighting, the mood, the prismatic digital colour overlays, a "neo-noir" aesthetic and the performers are all perfectly in sync.

Outstanding work by two incredible talents who know how to fill a frame with soul.

En mi fotografía, quedarse ahí parado con una expresión vacía esperando a que suene el obturador simplemente no es suficiente. Quiero vida. Quiero interpretación. Quiero que mis sujetos estén presentes al 100%, y en esta sesión en el New Café Madrid para el evento Under Pleasure, Megan y Ross se salieron.

Estas imágenes compuestas digitalmente son un tributo a la intensidad de la noche. Dejamos atrás lo "posado" y fuimos directos a lo cinematográfico. Se trata de esa conexión cruda y eléctrica que surge cuando la iluminación, el ambiente, las capas de color digital prismático, una estética "neo-noir" y los modelos están en perfecta sincronía.

Un trabajo excepcional de dos talentos increíbles que saben cómo llenar un encuadre con el alma.
